RETURN POLICY

1. Eligibility for Returns:

•               Customers in the EU have a right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods,  providing a valid  reason.

•               Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of the intention to return.

•               Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached and in their original packaging.

•               Items with perfume, makeup stains, or any other kind of stains will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

•               Original receipts or proof of purchase must be provided.

2.              Non-Returnable Items:

•               Customised or personalised items are non-refundable.

•               Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged, except where items are faulty or misdescribed.

3.              Refund Process:

•               Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return.

•               If you are returning the entire order, we will refund the cost of the item and the original standard delivery charges.

•               Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

4.              Exchanges:

•               Exchanges can be processed for the same item in a different size, subject to availability.

•               For exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping, except in cases where the item was defective.

5.              Return Shipping:

•               Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for unwanted items (change of mind).

•               Tash by Tashagodwin will cover return shipping costs for items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
