At Tash by Tashagodwin, we aim to ensure your order reaches you with the utmost care and efficiency. We pack your order with protection in durable mailing bags to keep it safe during transit.

We offer a variety of shipping methods for you to choose from at checkout, including options such as Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, Hermes, UPS, and FedEx, among others. You can select the shipping carrier and delivery method that best suits your preferences. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that delays caused by our shipping partners or external factors, like customs, may occur. If your order does not arrive within 14 business days, please contact us at support@tashbytashagodwin.com, and we will promptly assist you in resolving the issue.

Please note that during busy times, such as new releases or sales events, we may need extra time to process your order. This can extend our usual dispatch time by up to 10 additional business days to ensure everything is handled properly.



Shipping:

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days after your purchase. However, during peak periods (like product launches or special promotions), processing times may extend up to 10 additional business days. We always strive to send your items as quickly as possible.

Once your order is on its way, delivery times can vary based on the shipping option you selected at checkout. For UK orders, delivery usually takes 1-2 business days, and international deliveries typically take between 3-7 business days, depending on the destination.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect address details.


Shipping Costs:

At checkout, you can select from several shipping options depending on your needs, including express, standard, and economy shipping. Shipping fees are calculated based on factors such as order weight, size, and delivery destination.

We also offer free UK shipping for orders over £200 and free international shipping on orders over £400.


Customs & Duties:

For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees may be applicable depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the final checkout price. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these fees, and they will be determined by your country’s customs office.

If you choose to refuse the delivery of your order due to customs charges or any other reason, please be aware that the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. This includes the cost of returning the package to us. Additionally, if the package is not claimed or returned to us within the allotted time, it may be considered abandoned, and no refund will be issued.
